(ESSCO) was founded in 1979 by Norman N. Huneycutt, and for years has
grown and prospered on the founder's original beliefs that:
employers must admit that their
employees' work, personal life, and social conditions are
inextricably intertwined so that each impacts the other;
by providing employees with
appropriate assistance in resolving personal problems, their
performance will be enhanced;
a proactive management team
providing early intervention when personal problems affect an
employee's work performance, improves not only performance, but
morale and loyalty as well; and
healthy organizations and healthy
people make for a better social structure in which to nurture our
future generations.
