Each area of service has its own unique professional requirements,
however, all providers are required to meet these minimum standards:

A master's degree in a human
services discipline from an accredited university and/or a
Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) designation. |
 |
At least three years'
relevant work experience in their specific area of expertise. |
 |
A customer service
orientation. |
 |
Ability to understand the
demands of a business environment. |
 |
Timely responsiveness. |
 |
A high degree of
interpersonal and relationship building skills. |
